Our winemaker, Britt Richards, takes a pure, honest style of winemaking, allowing the fruit to sing and tell the story of each wine. Our grower’s vineyards are planted with many of the same clonal selections, each one producing a different result based on the diversity of weather, soil conditions, and orientation to the sun. This meticulous grape-to-glass approach, with wines available at an accessible price point, underscores our commitment to preserving a healthy ecosystem and ensuring every bottle reflects our dedication to quality and sustainability.

Our wines showcase our love and commitment to Sonoma, an iconic and diverse wine-growing region we are lucky enough to call home. We focus on highlighting the terroir of Sonoma County, a haven for wine. Notably, 99% of Sonoma farms practice sustainability, a testament to our shared environmental stewardship and responsible farming practices. Our grapes are planted with many of the same clonal selections, each one producing a different result based on the site’s weather, soil conditions, and orientation to the sun. This results in a dynamic blend of each varietal based on what Sonoma County has to offer.

Our Flagship Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines, the heartbeat of Head High, are our obsession and truest representation of Sonoma County, known for producing some of the best wines in the world. From grape to glass, we honor our commitment to earth-friendly practices through our winemaking philosophy, marked by minimal intervention, and our farming, showcasing the region’s exceptional fruit. With the renowned microclimates created by the diverse terrain and the Pacific Ocean, our obsession with making quality wines to enjoy every day is easily achieved.

Shoreline Series

a love letter to the coast

While we started with a focus on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, our Flagship wines, we also make very small lots of unique varieties, such as Syrah, Viognier, and Zinfandel, under our Shoreline Series. These wines are a love letter to the coast, comprised of a winemaker selection adorned with coastal vignettes as label art. Undeniably, the ocean’s presence significantly influences the character of our vintages. Making and preserving a healthy ecosystem is important to us.
