RECIPE: Peach Bellini spritz

Your Balanced Mocktail

Use our 2023 Non-alcoholic Skin Contact White Wine or the 2023 Skin Contact White Wine

Serving Size: 4-6 people (crafted one glass at a time)
Preparation Time: 15mins

Ingredients Per Glass:

  • 1Lb Fresh Peaches
  • 1/4 C Fresh Strawberries
  • 1/2 C Peach Syrup or Peach Juice
  • 1 bottle of Head High Non-alc Skin Contact White Wine
  • 1 Oz Sparkling Water
  • Top off with sparkling water
  • Ice to liking

Directions:

  • Slice 6 peach slices, put aside for ending garnish
  • Add remaining peaches, strawberries, and peach syrup (or
    peach juice) to a blender
  • Cover tightly with the lid, and blend at high speed until
    smooth consistency
  • Divide the peach mix into 6 glasses with some ice cubes
  • Add Head High Non-alc skin contact white wine and stir
  • Garnish with peach slices
  • Top off with sparkling water
