YOUR Refreshing SOBER OCTOBER Mocktail

Use our 2023 Non-alcoholic Skin Contact White Wine or the 2023 Skin Contact White Wine

Serving Size: 4 people (crafted one glass at a time)
Preparation Time: 10mins

Ingredients Per Glass:

• 2 C Club Soda
• 1/2 C Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 C Sonoma Syrup Co. Minot Simple Syrup 
• 1 Bundle of Mint
• 1 Bottle of Head High Non-alc Skin Contact White Wine
• Ice to liking

Directions:

• Combine Head High Non-alc Skin Contact White Wine, lime juice, and Sonoma Syrups Co. Mint Simple Syrup into a pitcher 
• Stir until well combined 
• Add ice to glass 
• Pour mixture over ice 
• Top with club soda 
• Garnish with a sprig of mint
