YOUR Refreshing SOBER OCTOBER Mocktail

Use our 2023 Non-alcoholic Skin Contact White Wine or the 2023 Skin Contact White Wine

Serving Size: 4 people (crafted one glass at a time)
Preparation Time: 10mins

Ingredients Per Glass:

• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 1 oz Syrup (floral flavoring) 
• 1/2 oz Head High Non-alc Skin Contact White Wine
• 1oz Ginger Beer
• Ice to liking

Directions:

• Combine lemon juice, grapefruit juice, floral syrup, and Head High Non-alc Skin Contact White Wine into a cocktail shaker 
• Add a few pieces of ice and shake 
• Strain the mixture into a large glass 
• Add ginger beer then top with pebble ice 
• Add a straw 
• Garnish with two lemon wheels
