Meet Zane.

Head High’s first brand ambassador, Zane Kekoa Schweitzer, is a fifteen-time World Championship event Titleholder between the sports of Stand Up Surfing, Paddle Racing, and Windsurfing, who also won back-to-back Ultimate Waterman tournaments. When he’s not traveling the globe competing, he’s chasing swell and sharing experiences as a motivational speaker and advocate for oceans. If you catch Zane outside of the water, you may find him telling stories of the day’s adventures over a glass of our Sonoma Coast pinot or chardonnay.

My name is Zane Kekoa Schweitzer, Multi-Time World Champion Waterman, published author and environmental advocate with a mission to inspire purpose and stewardship toward our community; for the oceans.

Being the grandson of the inventor of Windsurfing, and the son of an 18x World titleholder, I’ve always felt inspired to be relentless in the pursuit of my dreams. Born and raised on the island of Maui, I was surrounded by the ocean and volcanic mountains. I grew up in and out of the water, from surfing and windsurfing to dirt biking and hiking. With the influence of my family and community I found purpose through innovating the sports I’m most passionate about and inspiring the world of ocean sports and enthusiasts.

From winning 15 World Championship events including ISA World Championships, APP World Tour, The Ultimate Waterman, IFCA Windsurfing Tour, and Waterman League, to pioneering the recent evolution of sports like SUP and Hydrofoiling, I’m always looking to push the limits of what’s possible within my sports and personal performance. I’ve read that, “success is where preparation meets opportunity,” and this drives me to make daily choices that bring me one step closer to my dreams each day.
