We have a secret we’ve been eager to share… we’re thrilled to unveil our latest creation: the non-alcoholic version of our 2023 Skin Contact White Wine!

At Head High, we’re all about committing to something bigger than ourselves and living a balanced, active lifestyle. In today’s increasingly health-conscious and environmentally aware society, the demand for premium beverages free from harmful additives and excess sugars is on the rise. In response to this growing trend, we decided to take a stab at a non-alcoholic wine. It also stands out as one of the healthiest non-alcoholic options available, with only 20 calories per serving!

How is this done?! We used spinning cone technology to remove the alcohol from the 2023 Skin Contact White Wine. In the first stage, the spinning cone column is used under low vacuum pressure and temperature to gently extract and capture the delicate, volatile aromas of the wine. These aromatic compounds are condensed and stored separately for later use. In the second stage, the wine, now without its aromatic components, undergoes treatment at a slightly higher vacuum pressure and temperature to remove the alcohol. Finally, we recombine the now non-alcoholic wine with the previously captured aromatic compounds and add a touch of grape concentrate, which ensures the wine retains its full flavor and maintains the desired mouthfeel.
